Join Azul Hospitality as an Executive Sous Chef and take on a leadership role in our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Development: Collaborate with our Executive Chef to develop new menu items and specials, ensuring that they are creative, delicious, and aligned with our brand's culinary vision.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Culinary Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in menu development, team leadership, and inventory management.
- Certifications: Certification as a Chef or Certified Master Chef by a government-accredited culinary agency.
- Education: A high school or equivalent education, with a minimum of 2 years of culinary schooling preferred.
