The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to oversee one kitchen of a restaurant complex in Springdale, Utah. The complex consists of three restaurants and a catering company: an upscale steakhouse, an Italian restaurant, and a Sports Bar.

As a key member of our team, you will be based at either the upscale steakhouse or Italian restaurant, depending on your experience. You will report directly to the Executive Chef, who oversees all restaurant operations.

Located in the heart of Springdale, Utah, our restaurant complex offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful and scenic area, with easy access to Zion National Park.

Benefits

* Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience

What We Are Looking For

* Experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef with high-volume and upscale restaurant experience
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
* Hands-on chef with the ability to run a line and manage a kitchen
