Job Description

**Job Summary:**

This position is responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial models managed by the Finance function, including regional profitability, periodic forecasts, and financial analysis of operational results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure adherence to policies regarding expenditures and financial information reporting.
  • Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements, ensuring accurate coding to the general ledger and resolving employee and vendor questions.
  • Review and distribute monthly profitability reports produced by a third-party vendor.
  • Update, complete, review, and distribute monthly forecasting reports produced by forecasting software.
  • Produce meaningful analysis of operational results for dissemination to senior management decision-making.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with clear direction from supervisor.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and proactive approach.
  • Partnership with the management team to ensure effective compliance with Bank's policies and procedures.
  • Skilled in engaging vendor relationships.
  • Strong computer knowledge and Windows skills required.
  • Involvement in community groups and events, with strong networking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

**Experience:** 0-3 years of corporate finance experience.

**Travel Requirements:** Ability to reach all destinations within the LINKBANK footprint is always required.

**Physical and Mental Job Requirements:**

  • Ability to verbally communicate instructions and information clearly, concisely, and accurately to clients and other employees.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex schedules and details to process correspondence accurately, while providing exceptional client service.
  • Manual dexterity for the functional operation of office equipment, computer terminal, and other office equipment.
  • Visual acuity required to work at a computer terminal.
  • Mobility to coordinate activities in the department and lifting up to 20 pounds may be required.
