About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our outpatient mental health programs.

\

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in licensure supervision and program management.

\

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in counseling or a related field, LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW licensure, and approval as a Washington State supervisor.

\

Responsibilities:

  • Provide licensure supervision to agency affiliated and associate level counselors\
  • Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with regulations\
  • Collaborate with other clinical supervisors and managers to achieve program goals\

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
