Mental Health Therapist Opportunity

New Era Mental Health PLLC is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide high-quality care and support to individuals, couples, families, and children. As a mental health therapist, you will play a vital role in helping clients overcome various challenges and achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and children, focusing on effective communication skills, behavioral changes, and crisis management.
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted marriage and family therapy license or other accredited therapy license.
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • A highly organized individual with strong documentation and time management skills.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
