Position Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you'll support the Director of Sales to achieve 100% occupancy within the community. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling the move-in process for new residents and their families. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals seeking to make a meaningful impact. We offer opportunities for training, advancement, education, financial assistance, bonuses, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain resident contracts and facilitate the move-in process.
  • Champion the move-in process and assist with new resident assessments.
  • Provide tours to prospects as needed.
  • Participate in site visits.
  • Communicate and interact with residents, families, and team members in a kind, respectful, and effective manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with Associates or related experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to use various electronic devices.
  • Empathy for the challenges faced by residents and family members, with problem-solving skills to support them.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with seniors, with a desire to serve and care for them.
  • Experience in sales.
