Salary: $29/hour

Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team in residential group homes. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in supporting residents in their daily activities and providing active programming to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Document and adhere to individual programs as directed by supervisors
- Provide active programming at all times
- Maintain adherence to established standards, procedures, and schedules
- Report any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse in accordance with applicable laws and program policies
Requirements
- Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving history
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification
- Successful completion of required trainings
- Prior experience working in a program serving persons with developmental disabilities is preferred
