About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Analyst to join our Ecommerce Performance Marketing & Analytics team at Levi Strauss & Co. in the US. As an Ecommerce Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and providing strategic insights on channel-level performance for Levi's brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reporting for the Performance Marketing team, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery to support business decisions.
  • Lead measurement and analysis at a channel level, ensuring we are measuring performance and impact effectively.
  • Enhance the existing reporting infrastructure and support Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to support a test-and-learn approach to marketing channels, analyzing data, interpreting results, and creating recommendations.
  • Turn business questions into functional analysis, understanding the core impact on sales, profitability, and KPIs.
  • Guide data-driven decision-making by extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources and translating it into relevant insights.
  • Support the marketing tags QA and implementation.
  • Be the go-to expert on marketing intelligence.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience in a business or marketing analytics role or relevant internship experience. You should have intermediate proficiency in SQL and experience writing SQL queries, as well as experience with Data Visualization solutions such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, or Excel.

You should also have knowledge of the online measurement ecosystem, including collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data through API solutions, and experience with Web analytics tools. A BS or MS degree in business analytics, mathematics, engineering, or statistics is required.
