Role Summary:

We are currently in search of a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize rooms for cleaning.
  • Make beds and ensure linens are fresh.
  • Dust and clean furniture and surfaces.
  • Restock guestroom and bathroom supplies.
  • Thoroughly clean bathrooms and closets.
  • Vacuum carpets and maintain cleanliness.
  • Secure and check rooms for safety.
  • Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active for extended periods.
  • A professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • The capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous.
