Role Summary:
We are currently in search of a dedicated Hotel Room Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize rooms for cleaning.
- Make beds and ensure linens are fresh.
- Dust and clean furniture and surfaces.
- Restock guestroom and bathroom supplies.
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms and closets.
- Vacuum carpets and maintain cleanliness.
- Secure and check rooms for safety.
- Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active for extended periods.
- A professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is advantageous.
