Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the establishment's commitment to exceptional service and hospitality. Greeting Guests upon their arrival is a key responsibility, along with providing accurate information regarding wait times and managing the waiting list efficiently.
As part of this role, the Coordinator will enter Guest details into the reservation system, escort Guests to their tables, and ensure a pleasant farewell as they depart.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in friendly conversations with Guests, ensuring a natural and inviting interaction.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning menus and glasses.
- Ensure that restrooms are well-stocked and tidy at all times.
- Support the team by answering phone calls and managing to-go orders as necessary.
Availability for evening and weekend shifts is essential. Familiarity with reservation systems, particularly Open Table, is preferred.
