Position Overview


The Registered Nurse serves as a vital caregiver who, as part of a multidisciplinary health care team, takes on responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients during a specific timeframe. This role involves supervising and delivering care to these patients by employing the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care environment.
  • At least 1 year of proven leadership experience.
Education Requirements

  • Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.
License/Certification Requirements

  • Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse);
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers);
  • Certain specialties may necessitate advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, NALS, PALS).
