Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Interventional Radiology to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Interventional Radiology department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement management and operational strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for patient care and departmental functions.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and quality of care.
  • Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with physicians, nurses, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness, including Joint Commission standards.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to maintain efficient, economic, and quality operation of the department.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Interventional Radiology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist) certification.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • NJDEP license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience with workforce planning and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and contact center technology.
