Packaging Supervisor

Join Fairlife, a leading nutrition company, as a Packaging Supervisor in our Coopersville, MI facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our packaging equipment, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train operators on packaging equipment, including blow molding, filling, labeling, and case packing.
- Manage production schedules, sanitation, and changeovers to meet production goals.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated to prevent downtime.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
