Job Summary

The LPN Supervisor, Ambulatory Operations will provide critical leadership and evidence-based clinical guidance to LPNs across the Ambulatory Operations Patient Experience Center, ensuring high-quality patient care in ambulatory settings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and direct LPNs in the Ambulatory Operations Patient Experience Center, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care.
  2. Partner with providers to address clinical needs, facilitate effective communication, and ensure seamless patient care.
  3. Manage clinical services, including clinical orientation and competency, for non-physician providers, including nursing staff.
  4. Plan assignments for personnel, delegate tasks, and ensure competency in all tasks completed by LPNs.
  5. Exemplify Cooper University Health Care's core values of inclusion, compassion, and excellence.
  6. Collaborate with physicians, clinical personnel, and administrative leadership to remove barriers and achieve local and organizational goals.
  7. Provide strong, effective leadership to direct and indirect reports, meeting goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems.
  8. Develop, coordinate, and maintain standardized work procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Coach, develop, educate, mentor, and hold accountable direct reports, fostering a culture of trust.
  10. Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.
Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
