**Job Summary**

As a General Merchandise Team Associate at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that customers are greeted and assisted promptly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and restocked as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including creating visually appealing displays and arranging products in a way that maximizes sales.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
