About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Service Merchandiser Associate to join our team in the Indianapolis territory. As a key member of our Retail Service organization, you will be responsible for providing premier in-store execution and conversion for Mattel's leading global brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Mattel/Fisher Price products on the shelf, building displays, and implementing Point of Purchase materials
  • Ensure planogram compliance and provide customer service
  • Participate in special projects and conduct in-store demonstrations
Requirements
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning
  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Preferred Device requirement - Up to date Smart phone and/or Computer to access through Chrome Browser
  • Have access to a Vehicle including valid driver's license and current car insurance
  • Physical requirements: climbing ladders up to 12' tall, ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Available to work daytime hours during the week and scheduled weekends
  • Must live within parameters of the territory
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Consumer product industry or retail experience
  • Computer skill set
  • Previous Mattel experience
