Key Responsibilities- Administrative Oversight: Assist the Program Director in managing the clinic's administrative functions, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Clinical Operations: Provide clinical oversight of the clinic's services, including case management, treatment planning, and quality assurance.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor clinic staff, including clinical supervisors, to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to provide high-quality services.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of care, including NY-OMH and CCBHC regulations.
- Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical staff, community partners, and funders.
- Education: Master's degree in social work or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and 3 years of supervisory experience in a mental health clinic setting.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR); bilingual in Spanish preferred.
