The Transitional Year Program Director will play a crucial role in facilitating operations and strategic planning that promote continuous improvement within our clinical and educational enterprises. This position requires a strong leader who can work with departmental and organizational leadership to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve program operations and outcomes
- Collaborate with departmental and organizational leadership to drive continuous improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to program staff and residents
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Minimum of 3 years practicing
- Teaching Experience
