Customer Success Business Partner

At FrontStream, we are revolutionizing fundraising through our all-in-one platform, Panorama. As a Customer Success Business Partner, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission by ensuring the success of our customers.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the nonprofit sector. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for implementing a customer journey plan that enhances the customer experience for all managed customers. This includes managing ongoing customer needs effectively to drive high customer retention and volume.
You will become an expert in product offerings and develop strong relationships with our clients to understand their history, goals, and challenges. Your goal will be to provide them with a high level of value and service, including authentic and genuine relationships with key decision makers.
As a trusted advisor, you will offer strategic product and set-up recommendations to help our clients grow and succeed. You will also work closely with the Customer Support team to provide consistent communication and outstanding service.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver premium service offerings, including training, builds, design, reporting, etc. If you have a passion for helping others and are self-motivated, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 annually.
