POSITION OVERVIEW
The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the operational functions of a Powersports dealership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate deposits.
- Timely preparation and processing of title documentation.
- Upload acquisitions of pre-owned units to the designated shared directory.
- Complete credit application forms and prepare necessary documentation for funding.
- Ensure all funding for transactions is submitted and tracked for prompt receipt.
- Register all sold units within the required timeframe, including warranty registrations.
- Submit a daily report of warranty registrations to Central Support.
- Conduct petty cash reconciliations at the beginning of each month.
- Prepare transaction files for finalization and manage funding submissions.
- Maintain the office environment, including organizing deal jackets and various paperwork.
- Perform any additional tasks necessary for the success of the department and dealership.
- Foster positive relationships with all team members.
- Adhere to attendance and dress code policies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy levels.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous supervisory or office management experience, ideally within the automotive or Powersports sector.
