Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our School Engagement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the School Engagement team, including creating customized letters and emails using Microsoft Word Mail Merge features and Luminate.
- Update the CRM database, Dynamics, with data and activity for donors, participants, and accounts, and prepare reports.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain record-keeping and filing systems for the area of responsibility.
- Make phone calls to support the work of the field staff.
- Potential for light graphic design using Canva.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience providing basic administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Word Mail Merge.
- Ability to type.
- Attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected pay range will be $18 to $23 per hour. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
