Since our establishment in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items, employing over 1,700 professionals across various locations.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to enhance our PSA Customer Relations team. Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) stands as the largest and most reputable third-party trading card authentication and grading entity globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sound judgment and discretion when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Operations and other departments to identify suitable solutions for customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers by adhering to departmental protocols.
  • Resolve customer issues by clarifying concerns, identifying root causes, and recommending effective solutions.
  • Maintain customer accounts by processing necessary adjustments.
  • Regularly update departmental records of incoming orders.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor or lead.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer relations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with an empathetic approach.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, and bend as needed.
  • Manual dexterity for hand use.
