Store Receptionist Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality customer service while following all safety protocols.
- Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol.
- Process and understand managed care plans while obtaining document information from the insurance company as needed.
- Provide customers with basic and accurate information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
- File all patient records daily and pull patient files for the next day's appointments.
- Check order status and notify customers when orders are in or of any delays.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
- Receive, sort, distribute daily mail/deliveries, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Participate in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred but not required.
- 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
- Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
- Strong customer service skills required.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Must have open availability.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
