Ryder Systems is seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 per year (salaried), plus uncapped commission potential.

About the Role:
The Customer Development Manager position requires a strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers, developing sales penetration plans, and presenting Ryder services and capabilities. Additionally, you will work with internal teams to develop opportunities for the application of our services and serve as a facilitator between customers and Ryder departments or vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers to meet customer requirements.
* Develop sales penetration plans to drive business growth.
* Present Ryder services and capabilities to customers.
* Work with internal teams to develop opportunities for the application of our services.
* Serve as a facilitator between customers and Ryder departments or vendors.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation, or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of consecutive sales and customer relationship management experience in prior sales responsibilities required.
