Sales Career Development Manager

As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, educating customers about additional Ryder services, and leveraging the company's sales process to develop new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with customers to meet their evolving needs and preferences
- Develop tailored sales penetration plans to maximize growth potential
- Present Ryder's capabilities and services to customers, building strong relationships and trust
- Work closely with colleagues to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth

Your Qualifications:

- Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to analyze financial data and work within various geographic and demographic environments
