Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Identify and understand clients' financial goals and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of U.S. Bank's products and services, including digital offerings, to effectively recommend solutions to clients.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively engage and communicate with clients, branch team members, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build and foster relationships, effective communication and interpersonal skills, thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies and procedures, and experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
