Head Culinary Manager

The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience as a chef and will be responsible for:
- Directing and organizing all aspects of the kitchen team's day-to-day operations
- Creating a positive guest experience by ensuring consistent, portioned, and exceptional food quality and presentation
- Playing a key role in food production, including hands-on supervisory responsibilities and audit/critique of product being produced
- Maintaining Health & Safety requirements and monitoring the culinary team's performance
- Providing training, coaching, and guidance to the culinary team
- Contribute to the hotel's success by communicating with other departments and maintaining a professional atmosphere
