Youth Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bi-Lingual individual to serve as a Youth Advocate in our organization. As a Youth Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to young individuals, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
- Use a strength-based approach with the wrap-around model to create service plans.
- Work with youth and families in community, school, and home settings.
Requirements:
- A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
