Job Title: Youth Advocate - Bi-Lingual

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bi-Lingual individual to serve as a Youth Advocate. As a Youth Advocate, you will provide support and guidance to young individuals, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will play a crucial role in advocating for the rights and well-being of youth, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and opportunities for personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.

Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage are required. Benefits available include voluntary dental, vision, UNUM supplemental benefits, 403(b) retirement savings plan, and employee assistance.
