Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- People-oriented, with strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment, multitask, and make presentations to potential customers.
- Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
- Associate's degree or higher, preferred.
- Salary plus commission/bonus.

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
