Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Southern Sales Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement territory marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and training to Sales Representatives to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership in a commercial or industrial sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to visit offices and meet with customers.
