We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at a global manufacturer in Canton, MA. As a key member of our maintenance function, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement systems, structure, training programs, and processes to drive reliability and effective life cycle asset management.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the maintenance function, ensuring the effective use of manpower, materials, parts, and other resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve capacity, asset reliability, and best life cycle cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in reliability engineering related processes.
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM principles.
  • Expertise in RCM process, asset management, condition monitoring, and CMMS/EAM/ERP optimization.
  • Proficient in popular CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance, and Prisma.
