About the Opportunity

Aquila, a leading on-site health and fitness management company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and ensuring a positive experience at our fitness center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Register Members: Welcome and check-in members upon entry, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Anticipate and respond to member needs, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Perform Administrative Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure the fitness center is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to Aquila's high standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with members and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
