Responsibilities- Register guests and process room reservations in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records
- Perform other duties as assigned, including delivering packages and messages to guests
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
