Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. Responsibilities
  • Register guests and process room reservations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the front desk computer system and maintain accurate records
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including delivering packages and messages to guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
