Your Role:
This position focuses on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon award. You will be responsible for identifying threats such as counter-terrorism, sabotage, espionage, violent extremist organizations, and foreign intelligence entities, in collaboration with fellow analysts, planners, collection managers, and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate available intelligence data.
- Submit collection requirements to address current gaps.
- Identify potential leads and relay information to agents and collectors.
- Support inputs and deconfliction for operations, plans, requirements, policies, and directives.
- Facilitate operations, information exchanges, intelligence sharing, and partner nation capacity building.

Qualifications:
JOURNEYMAN:
A Journeyman labor category typically requires 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. This role expects you to perform all functional duties independently.

TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:
This position involves extensive use of computing systems, whether on a PC or laptop. You may need to sit or stand for prolonged periods, engage in typing, and read from a computer screen. Mobility is essential, including bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to fulfill daily tasks efficiently. You may also need to climb, work at heights, and navigate small spaces. Lifting and transporting equipment up to 50 pounds may be required.

Due to parking availability and work location, moderate to long-distance walking may be necessary. Occasional travel to other sites may also be required.

Work Environment:
Generally, this role is office-based. An inside environment may consist of a cubicle, which presents considerations such as close quarters, low to moderate noise, and varying lighting conditions. You will need to collaborate effectively with co-workers, customers, and all levels of management.

Equipment and Machines:
You should be proficient in operating office equipment, including personal computers, printers, copy machines, telephones, and other necessary tools.

Attendance:
This position typically requires regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is crucial for meeting deadlines and participating in meetings. Flexibility in work hours may be necessary to accommodate critical mission requirements.

Essential Functions:
Professional behavior is expected at all times when interacting with customers, management, and co-workers. Clear, concise, and accurate communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Appropriate grooming and dress are required for the position, ensuring no safety risks to employees or others.

Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary. You may need to travel to customer locations and test fields to support projects, which could involve airline travel. When operating any vehicle for work purposes, seatbelt use is mandatory, and cellular devices must not be used while the vehicle is in motion.

Successful candidates must pass a drug test and background check, demonstrating professional behavior that enhances productivity and fosters teamwork. You should be able to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and be willing to travel as needed.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
