This role is centered on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon contract award.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for producing intelligence analyses, ensuring comprehensive situational awareness of ground operations, and contributing to the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE). You will synthesize intelligence reports from various sources and provide critical evaluations, feedback, and recommendations to refine intelligence collection strategies addressing current deficiencies. Your research and drafting skills will be essential in creating predictive all-source analysis products on foreign military capabilities and order of battle, aimed at informing senior government officials and guiding operational decisions. Topics of focus will include ground operations, military capabilities, C4ISREW, strategic assessments, and competitive analysis. You will collaborate with theater service components and INDOPACOM J2 to ensure alignment with USARPAC and theater priorities.

Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN: A Journeyman level requires 3 to 10 years of relevant experience along with a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. This level typically involves performing all functional responsibilities independently.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI required.

Physical Requirements: The position necessitates extensive use of computing systems, including PCs or laptops. The role may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, as well as typing and reading from screens. Sufficient mobility is required for bending, reaching, turning, and kneeling to complete daily tasks efficiently. Occasional climbing and working in confined spaces may be necessary. The ability to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended durations is essential. The work environment may be noisy and subject to temperature variations. Lifting and transporting equipment up to 50 pounds may be required, and moderate to long-distance walking could be necessary due to parking constraints. Travel to various sites may also be needed.

Work Environment: Primarily an office setting, which may include cubicles with considerations for close quarters, moderate noise levels, and varying lighting conditions. Collaboration with co-workers, customers, and management at all levels is essential. The role entails minimal travel, estimated at up to 10% of the time.

Equipment Proficiency: Competence in operating office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, and other necessary tools is required.

Attendance Expectations: Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is crucial for meeting deadlines and attending meetings. Flexibility in work hours may be necessary to accommodate critical mission requirements.

Professional Conduct: Professional behavior is expected at all times when interacting with customers, management, and colleagues. Clear and concise communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Appropriate grooming and attire are required for the position, ensuring no safety risks to employees or others. Maintaining a positive work atmosphere through professional conduct and communication is vital. Independent transportation to the office or work site is necessary, and travel to customer locations may be required. When operating any vehicle for work, adherence to safety protocols, including seat belt use and prohibition of cellular device use while driving, is mandatory. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required. A commitment to enhancing productivity and fostering teamwork is essential.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
