Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive all-source analysis of Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) within the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Analyze FIE tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and intentions.
- Conduct network analysis on FIE targets in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
- Collaborate closely with case officers, agents, analysts, and operational support personnel from the Department of Defense (DOD) and national counterintelligence organizations to synchronize and resolve issues, assess operational effectiveness, and provide guidance to advance case operations.
- Enhance collection efforts against counterintelligence targets by developing collection requirements and offering constructive feedback to collectors.
- Engage in working groups to promote counterintelligence activities across DOD elements, foreign partners, and allied nations.
- Work in tandem with J2X counterintelligence operations coordinators and planners to ensure alignment of activities with USINDOPACOM strategic objectives.
- Generate written intelligence assessments and deliver informative intelligence briefings to USINDOPACOM staff, component organizations, sub-unified commands, foreign allies, and other DOD and national stakeholders on pertinent counterintelligence topics.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight years of experience as an All-Source Analyst is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Desired training and experience include all-source analytic training such as 35F, 350F, IFPC, PACE, DISAP, CDASA, etc.
- Proficiency in intelligence and network analysis tools including DataXplorer, Proton, Palantir, RMT, TAC, ArcGIS, QLIX, CHROME, HOT-R, Analyst Notebook, FADE, MIST, and others.
- Previous experience with CCMD J2X is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with FIE analysis and operations is preferred.
- Understanding of the spectrum of counterintelligence operations (both defensive and offensive) is beneficial.
Security Clearance:
Candidates must possess an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and will be required to obtain a CI Polygraph.
