Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for robotic warfare systems, including RAVs, RUVs, and RGVs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of technical systems.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct training and development programs for technical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technical operations and maintenance, with a focus on robotic warfare systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software tools and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with courseware development and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of ILT, ICW, and CBT development processes.
  • Completion of a Military Instructor Training Program.
  • Experience operating, maintaining, or supervising the use of robotic warfare systems.
