Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate after-visit activities, including collection and review of practice-specific forms, printing of the After Visit Summary (AVS), and communication of payment policies.
  • Collect payments, assist with scheduling follow-up appointments and procedures, and ensure pre-visit clearing for patients on the date of service.
  • Collaborate with patients, physicians, management, staff, and other customers to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize independent thinking, sound judgment, and creativity to resolve customer issues and balance multiple priorities.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma required.
  • Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of insurance preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to use personal computers and select software applications.
Work Environment:

Days, Monday through Friday, in the PSMG MGMT SERVICES department.
