The Vermont Veterans' Home is a skilled nursing facility seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses to provide care to our veterans and members with dignity and respect.


Our Mission:

Our Registered Nurses develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper treatment for the highest level of function/quality of life.

We provide person-centered care and encourage all residents/families to be active participants. We provide clinical oversight along with a wide range of services for long-term and short-stay admissions.
We are recruiting for all shifts. Shift differentials will apply to hours worked on weekends, evenings and nights.

Eligible applicants must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont or be eligible to practice in the state via a multi-state license and have two (2) years or more of professional nursing experience.

Special Requirements Overtime work is required to maintain minimum staffing levels and for unannounced regulatory inspections and is considered a condition of employment.

The ability to work overtime when required is an essential function of this job class.
