About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Vermont Veterans' Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, and provide person-centered care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Possession of, or eligible for, licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont or eligible to practice in the state of Vermont via a multi-state license
  • Two (2) years or more of professional nursing experience
  • Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and extended shifts as needed
