About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Registered Nurses in providing individualized goal-directed nursing care through the use of the nursing process.
  • Participate in patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
