About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to work on complex web-based applications integrated with multiple third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and have experience using Azure DevOps for test management and KACE for defect tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex, multi-system integrated applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute realistic UAT test cases based on detailed functional requirements and system interactions
  • Manage UAT activities using Azure DevOps for test case management, execution tracking, and stakeholder reporting
  • Track, document, and prioritize defects using KACE, working closely with development teams to ensure effective resolution based on business impact
  • Conduct data validation testing involving sensitive data (PII) and perform manual security assessments to identify vulnerabilities
  • Apply UAT methodologies to maintain process quality and consistency, proposing improvements to UAT processes and workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 9+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst, with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in complex, multi-system environments
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a proven capacity for synthesizing requirements into meaningful UAT scenarios
  • Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps for end-to-end test management and KACE for robust defect tracking
  • Hands-on experience in data validation testing, particularly with PII, and familiarity with industry best practices in data privacy and security testing
  • Understanding of Non-Functional requirements; knowledge of NeoLoad for performance testing is advantageous
  • Skilled in applying UAT methodologies and driving process enhancements to optimize testing efficiency and coverage
  • Clear and effective communicator, capable of documenting and presenting UAT findings and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy, aligning UAT outcomes with overall business objectives
