MV Transportation is a leading provider of passenger transportation services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer complaints are investigated and resolved in a timely manner. This will involve working closely with clients and passengers to understand their concerns and providing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately document information received from customers in our customer service software.
  • Identify and expedite customer complaints that require immediate attention and escalate situations as needed to client agencies.
  • Respond to individual customer/passenger concerns in a timely and positive manner, including investigation and follow-up by phone, email, or mail.
  • Manage proper reporting and correspondence for Customer complaints.
  • Ability to clearly, accurately and respectfully respond to customer questions regarding all policies and procedures, including the fare system.
  • Process all customer complaints to include investigation, validity determination, and timely response as described in Customer Service policy.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma.
  • Minimum of one (1) year's experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and organization skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • General knowledge of windows-based computer operating systems.
  • Possess expertise in using Trapeze Software and other technology tools supporting the customer service function.
  • Flexible availability (overtime may be required when necessary).

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, plus benefits.
