We are currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee our front office operations. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the standards of service established by AJS Hotels.
  • Monitor daily reservations and manage room allocations effectively.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and promote hotel services.
  • Welcome and register guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Stay informed about room rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of room types, amenities, and hotel features.
  • Address guest complaints with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Organize and manage front office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Train and supervise front office staff to maintain service excellence.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Knowledge of the local area is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of management.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
