Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the completion of registration forms and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide routine information to patients and staff.
  • Access, input, and retrieve information via the computer system.
  • Assist with the pre-certification process and ensure all necessary documents are completed.
