Security Operations Center Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Security Operations Center Analyst to become a vital part of our team at Johnson Controls International. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing alarm and incident monitoring, managing emergency and non-emergency security communications, and facilitating incident escalation around the clock across numerous locations globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly and effectively respond to alarm events and incoming communications
  • Manage both internal and external customer correspondence
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Operate independently while ensuring a secure work environment
  • Follow established procedures for emergencies, security protocols, and reporting
  • Encourage a healthy workplace through self-care initiatives
  • Adhere to the company's Code of Conduct

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the security or technology sectors
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Previous experience in a SOC environment or similar fields is preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Must possess U.S. citizenship or have the legal right to work in the U.S.
  • COVID-19 vaccination is required, where legally permissible

Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour (Compensation is based on qualifications and market analysis)
