  • Software Development: Independently develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and following the software development lifecycle.
  • Enterprise Application Development: Apply extensive knowledge and expertise of enterprise applications and development to analyze, program, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power platform cloud-based enterprise software in support of business objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Determine the root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
  • Database Management: Maintain databases of client information with the strictest attention to privacy and security.
  • Credit Card Processing: Administer credit card payment process, design, implement, monitor, and upgrade credit card transaction integration for EDA web sites.
  • PCI Compliance: Secure PCI compliance certifications and enforce credit card processing best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including internal and external team members.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Mentor software engineers to allow for skill/knowledge transfer through advice, coaching, and training.
  • Disaster Recovery: Act as a Disaster Recovery Team Member with required participation in any testing and response needed to disasters.
  • Communication: Actively communicate with the EDA staff to ensure the applications are meeting the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Portal Web App Development: Demonstrated Portal web app dev. experience including expertise in processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structure.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong organization skills experience in managing multiple timelines and completing tasks quickly within the constraints of user's timelines.
  • Cloud and On-Premise Databases: Expert Experience on Cloud/onprem databases such as Azure SQL, and SQL Server, MS SSIS and other third-party connector/integration tools.
  • Programming Languages: Expert Experience in project management tools including Git, DevOps, JIRI, and experience in using source code control and knowledge of web standards development using HTML 5.0, CSS 3.0, SharePoint and JavaScript.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree with major in computer science or related field, and/or equivalent professional experience.
