ROLE SUMMARY:
- Address customer service inquiries and provide rate estimates effectively to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Manage billing and documentation processes at the receiving window.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
RECEIVING WINDOW / BILLING:
- Receive and process documentation at the Receiving Window.
- Update orders and shipments within the system.
- Accurately assess shipments for billing purposes.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Input bookings and collaborate with various departments.
RATES:
- Offer competitive rate estimates to clients.
- Submit new account leads to the Regional Manager.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
- Manage mail distribution and maintain office files.
- Prepare invoices and suggest procedural enhancements.
- Adhere to quality policies and procedures.
