Seattle Customer Service Center Agent

ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Address customer service inquiries and provide rate estimates effectively to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Manage billing and documentation processes at the receiving window.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

RECEIVING WINDOW / BILLING:

  • Receive and process documentation at the Receiving Window.
  • Update orders and shipments within the system.
  • Accurately assess shipments for billing purposes.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Input bookings and collaborate with various departments.

RATES:

  • Offer competitive rate estimates to clients.
  • Submit new account leads to the Regional Manager.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Manage mail distribution and maintain office files.
  • Prepare invoices and suggest procedural enhancements.
  • Adhere to quality policies and procedures.
