Position Summary:
The Strategic Program Coordinator is tasked with designing, organizing, and overseeing strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives. This role will set and uphold program guidelines, systems, and processes essential for successful project delivery. The coordinator is accountable for ensuring client satisfaction across programs and projects within their purview. Responsibilities include developing, documenting, training, monitoring, and managing change-related tasks. Collaboration with both internal and external partners is crucial. This position demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, a sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in project management processes and best practices.
- Oversee the management of new hire training best practices.

Client Leadership and Engagement:
- Engage directly with clients to identify program objectives and specific requirements, assisting with budget considerations.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and vendor partners.
- Establish and monitor program performance metrics, ensuring regular reporting to clients as per their requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand existing standards and processes, revising them as necessary.
- Aid clients in developing documentation and procuring products and services beyond standard offerings.
- Act as the primary escalation point for the program team to clients and vendor partners.

Program Leadership and Compliance:
- Develop and document policies, processes, and systems necessary for program engagement, tailored to client specifications.
- Ensure that program documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.
- Create program updates and modifications as required to meet client deliverables.
- Exhibit leadership capabilities in business planning, vision development, communication strategy, and public speaking.
- Actively participate in team and vendor meetings, contributing to discussions and planning.
- Document process flows and standard operating procedures for new roles or changes to existing roles.
- Ensure alignment of team priorities with established process flows.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Execute change management protocols for processes subject to adjustments.
- Maintain communication with clients and execute strategies for process improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in Moves, Adds, Changes, and/or Post-Occupancy projects, office furniture, facility management, or architectural design/space planning.
